How to Pay
SAMWAC accepts payment by check or electronic transfer.
Pay By Check
To pay by check, make it payable to San Andreas Mutual Water Company and mail to 166 Palm View Lane, La Selva Beach, CA 95076.
Pay Through Zelle
To pay electronically via Zelle, sign in to your bank’s website or mobile app and navigate to the Zelle money transfer feature. When setting up the payment, select “Email” as the recipient type and enter the email: samwacwater@gmail.com and proceed with the payment according to your bank’s instructions.
Report an Issue
To contact customer service, please call (831)728-3850 and leave a message. Someone will return your call promptly.
For a water main break, please report the issue to the company number (831)728-3850 on the emergency extension “0.” Note that this extension is for emergencies, not regular customer service.
